Thank you for choosing our dental services. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please review our shipping policy below:

Impression Kit Delivery
Upon purchasing your dental appliance, we will promptly ship an impression kit to the address provided at checkout. This kit includes detailed instructions and a prepaid return label, allowing you to take accurate impressions of your teeth from the comfort of your home.

Processing and Production
Once we receive your completed impressions, we will begin crafting your custom dental appliance. You will be notified via email once your impressions are received and your case moves into production.

Shipping and Delivery
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS to deliver your kits and final appliances. Please note that once your package is transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, errors, or lost items during transit. All shipments will be sent to the shipping address provided during checkout. To avoid any delivery issues, we strongly recommend double-checking the accuracy of your shipping information before placing your order.

Tracking and Updates
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is shipped. This will allow you to monitor its progress until delivery.

Delivery Timeframes
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, please be aware that these are not guaranteed. Unexpected delays due to weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or refunds based solely on delayed deliveries.

Undeliverable Packages
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, and the package is undeliverable or lost, we cannot be held responsible. Additional charges may apply for reshipment in such cases.
